29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) 213 North Barstow St, Eau Claire, WI; Employee(s) engaged in roofing work greater than 6 feet above ground level were not adequately protected from falling. TEK Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 952961, citation 1 item number 1, and affirmed as final order on January 18, 2014 with respect to a work place located at Bellevue Avenue in Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701.
