29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about November 16, 2017, at 2032 Central Plaza in New Braunfels, employees were not wearing fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard. The employees were installing flashing and a Z-lock metal roofing system. They were working close to the edge of the balcony roof. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 32 feet to the ground below.
