29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about November 16, 2017, at 225 Creek Side Way, New Braunfels, TX, the employees were not wearing hard hats and were unloading gypsum board with a mobile crane. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by the falling gypsum board and/or being struck by the lifting device on the crane.
