Violation was observed on or about November 16th, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Worksite was located at 107 Mountain Road, Jersey City, NJ 07307 An employee were exposed to falls of over 10 feet to the ground below as the pump jack scaffolding's work platform was missing end rails and the employee was not using personal fall arrest systems. Violation was observed on or about November 16th, 2017.
