29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 206 Pine Street, Steelton, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 16 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet to dormer valley between the two houses and 20 feet to the ground below, on or about November 16, 2017.         No abatement certification or documentation required.
