29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On south side of roof - On or about November 15, 2017 employees on steep roof applying felt roofing paper were wearing safety harnesses without any lanyards and were not attached to an anchor point to prevent employees from falling 32 feet to the ground below.
