The guarding device was not in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, was not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. a) On or about October 31, 2018 or prior thereto: Sollich Model #802E Minitemper Turbo MT 200P, Chocolate Tempering Worm accessible though Neck E, not adequately protected to prevent employee contact with the point of operation during sanitation procedures.
