29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Jobsite, 708 South Pike Road, Sarver, PA 16055: On or about November 16th, 2017, two employees were not protected from falling during framing activities on a one story commercial building.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. (a) Jobsite: 708 South Pike Road, Sarver, PA 16055: On or about November 17, 2017 the employer did not ensure that each employee who was operating a pneumatic nail gun was protected from flying particles with safety glasses.
