29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: Machining Department: On, or about, November 20, 2017, the work platform provided for the vertical broach machine was narrow and a step stool was used for access to the platform. The step stool was placed in the drip pan for the machine oil.
