29 CFR 1910.110(b)(6)(ii): Each individual container was not located the minimum specified distance from an important building or group of buildings in accordance to Table H-23: The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards when working in the vicinity of the maintenance shop and propane storage tank located at 1700 S. Beemer Street, West Point, NE 68788. This was most recently documented November 17, 2017 and at times prior when the propane tank used to fuel the heater for the maintenance shop was located less than 10 feet from east wall of the building.
