29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Worksite, 70 Narrow Lane, Bridgehampton, NY, roof of residence- Employees were using a pneumatic nail gun to install cedar shingle siding on a residence and were not wearing eye protection; on or about 11/8/2017. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
