29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that the stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings. Service Rig: On or about November 16, 2017, the employer did not ensure that the stairs used by employees to access the rig floor had uniform riser heights. Five out of the seven risers were damaged and bent, this condition exposed employee to trip and fall hazards.

This condition exposed employee to fall hazards.
