29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about November 13, 2017 the employer allowed the employee to operate a Genie Aerial Lift (#10196954) at heights of approximately 6-10 feet from the North end of the building to the South end without wearing fall protection.
