29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement:   a) Job site, 925 Sheraton Drive, Mars, PA: On or about November 15, 2017, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that scaffolding footings were capable of supporting the scaffold with settling or displacement in that some mudsills were observed to have slid and been displaced in the soil they sat on.
