DeFelice Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.651(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1178425, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/17, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Speen Street, Framingham, Ma. 01701.
