This condition exposed employees performing to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) JD Construction & Framing, Inc. at 9314 E. 105th Ave., Henderson, CO 80640: On and before November 20, 2017, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were framing and sheathing the roof without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees performing to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet.
