29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. Location - warehouse On or about November 15, 2017, employees were exposed to preventing quick access to the emergency exit during an event of a fire or emergency. 1. In the warehouse, ball chairs and bench reduced the width of the exit route to 14-inches. 2. In the warehouse, bench and 5ft step ladder reduced the width of the exit route to 20-inches. 3. In the warehouse, freezer and table poles reduced the width of the exit route to 18-inches. 4. In the warehouse, 8ft wooden tables and stanchions reduced the width of the exit route to 24-inches.

29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water: Location - warehouse bathroom On or about November, 15, 2017, the washing facility did not have hot or tepid water for hand washing since the valve (hot water) in sink was broken. Employees were exposed to unsanitary conditions.
