29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Residential house- 201 Short Hills Road, Short Hills, NJ:  a) Roof level - Employee performing framing without a fall protection system was exposed to a fall approximately 18 ft onto the 2nd floor of the house; on or about 11/20/2017.  b)  2nd floor level - Employee performing framing without a fall protection system was exposed to a fall approximately 9 ft onto the 1st floor of the house; on or about 11/20/2017.           c) 1st floor level - Employees performing framing without a fall protection system were exposed to a fall approximately 14 ft onto the ground below; on or about 11/20/2017.

Employees were required to use the top step of the ladder; on or about 11/20/17.
