29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: On or about November 15, 2017, the electric extension cord used to power one of the sewage pumps had the ground pin missing. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: On or about November 15, 2017, the power cable to the company man's trailer was rubbing up against the metal frame of the trailer causing some indentation on the insulation. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
