29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: Drilling site: On or about November 14, 2017, the employer did not ensure that the floor of the mud pit area was not free from loose boards. One of the floor boards was uneven with the rest of the floor.
