29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Westside of a building: On or about November 21, 2017, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the paved ground below, while standing on the edge of a window opening of a commercial building.
