29 CFR 1926.353(c)(1): Welding, cutting or heating in an enclosed space involving the metals specified in this subparagraph, was performed without either general mechanical or local exhaust ventilation meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.353(a): On or about November 16, 2017, an employee in an enclosed space was welding on stainless steel support plates under the T8 steam turbine and proper ventilation was not provided to adequately remove welding fumes.
