29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) Warehouse: The employer did not have an eye wash station that could provide fifteen minutes of continuous flow to employees that used chemicals, such as but not limited to Autowash 6000 and 7857 - EZ Scratch Remover, on or about 11/15/17.    Note: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
