29 CFR 1926.300(c): Employees using hand and power tools and exposed to the hazard of falling, flying, abrasive, or splashing objects, or exposed to harmful dusts, fumes, mists, vapors, or gases were not provided with the particular personal protective equipment necessary to protect them from the hazard:  Roof of Residential Home: On or about November 22, 2017, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while using pneumatic nail guns while not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) East side of an one-story residential home: On or about November 22, 2017, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, while installing tar papers on the roof of a residential building.  b) West side of a two-story residential home: On or about November 22, 2017, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, while installing tar papers on the roof of a residential building.
