29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about October 27, 2017: an employee was observed transferring lumber from a material hoist to a telehandler while standing on lumber at the opening not protected by guardrail system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 10-feet fall hazard.
