On or about November 27, 2017, on the ground floor north side, eight open stairways with 6 risers each leading to the workroom floor was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.    c. On or about November 27, 2017, on the ground floor west side, one open stairway with 6 risers  leading to the workroom floor was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
