29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use.     (a) K3 Industries at 1200 East Eisenhower Blvd Loveland, CO 80537:  On and before November 16, 2017, the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical and lubricants, flammable liquids, and combustible liquids used at the worksite. The employer has employees on location when concrete is being poured, exposing employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.   29 CFR 1926.59 provides that the requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200 of this chapter.
