29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: In the shop area - the employer did not ensure that procedures were developed for use while employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to, the Hartford, the Master Special, the Lamb and the Do-All Saw which had multiple energy sources including pneumatic, hydraulic and electric. Employees were exposed to various hazards to include but not limited to struck-by, amputation and shock hazards.
