The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:    On or about November 29, 2017, an employee was not protected from a fall while working from an aerial lift, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 14 feet.    Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
