29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system; On or about November 29, 2017, at the above referenced worksite, employees were performing siding and soffit installation operations on a single-family property from a ladder jack scaffold. Employees were exposed to a 16.3 foot fall when the employer failed to ensure that fall protection was utilized. There is no abatement certification or documentation required of this item.
