29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists: TRADER JOE'S FREEZER WAREHOUSE, 200 PHOENIX CROSSING, BLOOMFIELD, CT: On or about and at times prior to November 30, 2017, subcontracted employees were exposed to carbon monoxide at concentrations greater than 50 ppm which is the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) published in Appendix A to 29 CFR 1926.55.
