29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.) On or about December 1, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees installing gutter guards and blowing off the roof on a residential home approximately 15 feet 7 inches feet high with a 9:12 pitch were protected from falling through the use of fall protection systems/devices.  b.) On or about December 1, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees installing gutter guards and blowing off the roof on a residential home approximately 11 feet 4 inches high with a 3:12 pitch were protected from falling through the use of fall protection systems/devices.
