Such training shall be conducted at no cost to the employee. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program:  (a) Professional Drywall, 125 Wheeler Pl., Frisco, CO 80403: On or before October 11, 2017, the employer did not provide employees conducting Class I work with adequate training. The employees were removing asbestos containing popcorn ceiling by scraping it off. The ceiling material contained 20-78% Asbestos.
