29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection. This most recently occurred on December 2, 2017 on the jobsite located at 10363 S 125TH ST, Papillion, NE 68046. Four employees were observed on the roof of a 1-story house with 5 in 12 and 8 in 12 steep sloped pitches at heights greater than 6 feet above the ground and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
