Rover Petroleum, the Hoose Battery, Hoose #4 Ira, TX: On or about 22 September 2017, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while installing a new connection between an old power box and a new one on a commercial power distribution pole that had not been de-energized and were not wearing personal protective equipment rated for work around live electrical components i.e Cal rated Clothing, face shields and rubberized gloves .
