29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Dynamic Roofing and Construction, at 5555 N Franklin Street, Denver, CO: On and preceding 11/29/17, the controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were conducted by a competent person. 4 Seasons Roofing and Sheet Metal employees removed and replaced damaged metal decking on the roof of a structure. An employee stepped into a roof opening and fell approximately 23 feet to the ground. The roof opening was not identified in a regular job site inspection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
