29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program. The Hazard Communication Program was not maintained throughout GGNRA for employees who utilize various flammable paint products , wood products, Graffiti removal products, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and sodium hypochlorite. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085942, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Black Canyon Road Essex, CA 92332.
