(a) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia - On or about 11/30/17, employees were exposed to impalement hazards such as unprotected anchor bolts which protruded from the concrete flooring and walls.  Abatement:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to install protective caps and covers over the protruding anchor bolts.
