At the worksite - On or about November 28, 2017, an employee was operating a PNEU Tools pneumatic coil nailer without the use of eye protection, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. a). At the worksite - On or about November 28, 2017, a JCB Telescopic Forklift (model: 506C HL) that is not designed to support a personnel platform was used to support such a platform in which an employee worked from while securing pieces of plywood to the exterior side of the building, thus exposing an employee to a fall hazard.
