On or about December 5, 2017, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating powered industrial vehicles, that were found to be leaking hydraulic fluid, throughout the warehouse.  The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck found to be in need of repair was taken out of service until the forklift was restored to a safe operating condition.     Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
