On or about December 6, 2017, on the outside of the spray booth, the employer did not ensure that visible gauge was operational so as to indicate and ensure that the required air velocity is maintained while an employee sprayed metal part using methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) with dry film lube in the spray booth.
