29 CFR 1910.266(h)(5)(i): No log shall be moved until each employee is in the clear. Yarding Operations: On November 13, 2017, an employee was working at the backside of the yarder and approached the logs being moved. He was caught by the log and the equipment and suffered a broken left wrist, arm, and nerve damage to his fingers.
