29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use.    On or about December 4, 2017: Employees working in the facility are required to wear a 3M 6800 Series Full Face tight fitting respirator for processes such as but not limited to mixing a new batch of hydrochloric acid solution in the tank. The employer did not have a written respiratory protection program.

On or about December 4, 2017: Employees working in the facility are required to wear a 3M 6800 Series Full Face tight fitting respirator for processes such as but not limited to mixing a new batch of hydrochloric acid solution in the tank. On or about December 4, 2017: Employees at the facility work with corrosives such as but not limited to phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and caustic soda. The employer did not have an emergency eyewash/shower station in the processing area.
