29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On 11/16/17, at the jobsite located at 2684 Allen Creek Rd, Gainesville, Ga., the employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections were made to prevent hazard, including fall hazards. A subcontracted employee was observed standing on a pallet supported on the forks of a skid steer without the use of fall protection.
