29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; and,    The employer did not ensure that temporary employee training included the measures employees would take to protect themselves in the event sulfuric acid and water were mixed (chemical burns), including appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:    The employer did not provide temporary employees with SDS training that included how to obtain hazard information from the SDS sheets while working around chemicals such as, but not limited to, sulfuric acid (chemical burns).
