JCB Roofing-II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256194, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 221 Johnny Mercer Blvd., Savannah, GA 31410.

JCB Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049337, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1409 Butler Ave., Tybee Island, GA 31328.
