Geyer Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122, on or about 12/6/2017, workers were observed on an aluminum extension ladder in front of the new residential structure and the workers were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up the ladder. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.

Geyer Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122, on or about 12/6/2017, workers were observed on top of the roof of the residential structure, actively installing new roofing shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection. The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard. RICARDO URIBE was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1196760, citation number 1, item number 1, issue on 12/21/2016 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/3/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Harrisburg Court, Saint Peters, MO 63376.
