Capacity): On November 7, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while elevating vehicles using an automotive lift with faulty swing arm stops.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Eisinger Motors, Tire Room: On or about December 6, 2017 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck flying chips and sparks while using an unguarded 25 ton OTC Hydraulic press to install and remove bearings. b) Eisinger Motors, Automotive Shop: On or about December 6, 2017 and at times prior employees were exposed to flying chips and sparks while using an unguarded Accu-Turn brake lathe to machine rotors.
