In the event of an emergency, employees navigating around tank product could bump into or trip over product potentially delaying their safe exit out of the building. b) Building 308: On or about December 6, 2017 and at times prior thereto; the exit door on the East wall did not remain open during working hours, had a metal bar across it, and did not have a sign above the door stating it was not an exit.
