29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(i): The employer shall select and provide an appropriate respirator based on the respiratory hazard to which the worker is exposed and workplace and user factors that affect respirator performance and reliability: Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards while engaged in screen printing activities using acetone and xylene in that the 3M P95 2071 cartridges did not provide adequate protection for solvents.
